Legal Executive AssistantThe Legal Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys within a collaborative legal support team environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities. The position requires drafting, editing, and formatting legal documents such as pleadings, subpoenas, discovery materials, affidavits, and agreements, as well as handling federal and state court e-filings. Additional duties include organizing case files, managing docket calendars, coordinating depositions and trial exhibits, maintaining attorney schedules and travel arrangements, processing expense reports, entering attorney time, and supporting billing matters. The Executive Assistant will also serve as a key point of communication for clients and internal teams while maintaining strict confidentiality. Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of litigation support experience within a law firm environment. Strong knowledge of court filing procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. This hybrid position requires in-office attendance at least four days per week and offers a salary range of $75,000–$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
